• $80 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Ventus V12 evo (K110)
• $60 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Ventus S1 noble2 (H452)
• $50 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Optimo H727 (H727)
• $50 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Dynapro HT (RH12)
For consumers to claim their mail-in rebate, they must complete and submit a rebate application form (available from Fields Volvo Waukesha) or by clicking this link, along with the original sales receipt from Volvo Waukesha for the purchase of four (4) qualifying tires. The sales receipt must include the Date of Purchase, Description of Product(s) Purchased and Method of Payment. Any rebate application(s) that do not have all of the required information included will not be processed.
